I exclusively use Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour. This combination of rice and potato flour makes for the softest cookies.
I prioritize the safety of my cookies and operate in a dedicated gluten free workstation, however it is not a completely gluten free facility so cross contamination is always possible. To minimize risk all of my utensils, mixing bowl, cookie sheets, etc are all dedicated to gluten free products. If you have any specific concerns please reach out to karen@whiskinghour.com
My base cookie recipe includes almond flavoring, but by selecting the Nut Free Cookie option on the order form the almond flavoring will not be used. I do not use any products containing peanuts.
